The HP-Glue450 Online Potting Machine is a professional-grade, two-component dispensing system engineered for precision potting and encapsulation applications in electronics manufacturing. With its 450×450mm dispensing travel range, adjustable mixing ratio, and high-precision metering pumps, this system delivers consistent, bubble-free results with minimal waste.
Dual-Material Delivery System
Features two 30L stainless steel storage tanks (A and B), each equipped with low-level sensor switches to monitor volume and alert operators when refilling is needed. Each tank has an independent pressure regulating valve for precise pressure control. The tanks include agitator blades that activate during automatic dispensing to ensure thorough homogenization of raw components, preventing sedimentation.
Precision Metering Technology
Material metering employs a high-precision screw pump for A component and a precision gear pump for B component, both driven by stepper motors for exceptional accuracy. The system achieves ±2% dispensing accuracy with mixing ratio adjustable from 1:1 to 10:1, accommodating a wide range of two-component formulations.
